Thread: May 12/13th Luxury4Play Meet- Oakville

Alright, I'm going to make this a separate thread for this meet.

Location: North East Oakville, 2130 Glenora Drive
Date:Sunday May 13th
Time: 11:30-5
Details: I'm thinking we have a bbq, hang out, meet other L4P members, shoot the shiz for a few hours and then go for a cruise.

The cruise will be un-official, but obviously no driving that will get us in trouble or others hurt and injured, do that on your own time. I will be working with a few members to configure a route, print the route off and have copies. This is simply because I don't know how big this will get. If it gets too big for the house I will just say lets go and everyone gets in their car and we leave.

Parking- I have 4 spots on my driveway if you park tight, +1 on the boulevard. The street isn't very busy so we can line the rest on the street. Might send a few people out to hang out with the cars, 15 minute shifts, grab a burger and a pop and then go talk with somebody. There is a rec center and a highschool at the north side of the street that I think we will use to gather all the cars before leaving.

BBQ- Let you know, I will probably pay and ask for donations. However it's bring your own vegan meals if that applies to you.

Alcohol- I don't suggest it and will not offer any fridges for drinks this event has driving, however if you want to enjoy a beer at the patio I don't mind as long as you are above 22 if you are driving (Ontario Driving Law). There will be totes of ice and water for cooling.

Any other suggestions for route are welcome.

I am having an event May 12 in Burlington, its an thank you event for our clients and to celebrate our new partnership with the Lee-Chin Family and Lucas Scarfone at Scarfone Photography.

Maybe let's do a joint event?

AutoBath- Looks like you have a very interesting clientele. Are you going for a cruise as well?

If so, maybe a pre-meet in Oakville that will lead us to Burlington? If you aren't doing a cruise then we may pop by on the way out of for a cruise. I'd like to see L4P out on the roads opposed to parked all day.

Its going to be my first L4P meet so im very excited and looking forward to it.

Looking forward to meet a few of you. I don't nearly have the money for anything remotely luxury/exotic but I hope its about the people, then the cars :P

I should be at the one in Burlington

Will be doing a major clean up this weekend of the property and garage. Hopefully we can gather a few more members, I want this to be a bigger event.

Sideroad #15- About 30 minutes North of the Meet, goes West towards Burlington.




Forks of the Credit- Probably about an hour or so to get there. 410 to Caledon and we can go up and over from there. That would be a great mix of highway cruising and backroads. Might need to mute, or crank the volume, depends on your "style".
