I don't care how much money you invested on the design or how unique it is, unless I'm paying for it, it's the least of my concern at the moment. I want to see how much you are consistently taking in. This is the numbers that will convince me to buy or not. I will rather purchase a website that is simple but brings in more money than the other way around. Simple logic though.

    Good to know, thanks

As of now I am not really investing my time into getting sales, it is more of building up the site and then launching a sales campaign. But so far I have received 155 google +1 ratings, Alexa registers about 800 backlinks when I look up my site, Search engine traffic(what I'm really going for) is starting to slowly but surely increase, time on site is increasing, I am using social media and AVOIDING buying followers/likes. All of the people following/liking me have done so on their own accord and are real users. I update my site every other day with new articles as well as try to tweet multiple times a day.

I do plan on launching affiliate marketing reviews via my site once I get steady quality traffic. As of now I am running amazon ebook affiliate products and google adsense.

Any ideas of how to proceed? Am I doing this backwards, or does this seem like a logical process? I'm hoping what I'm doing will yield much higher conversion rates once I get solid traffic.

I'm not sure how relevant this simple information will be, but when I was negotiating selling my iPhone app, the buyers were looking to purchase at 10-12x average monthly income for the past three months. Hope that helps, even if a little

You guys are arguing about math. The only arguments I ever had about math was about how much more I hated it then the other person.
