    Default Starting a Partnership

    I want to register a partnership in NJ, who would I be best to let it do it. A lawyer or an Accountant? I started my LLC on my own but who should I speak to get the partnership done?

    You're going to need both eventually. You're best bet is probably to find one of each you want to work with and talk to them both to determine who's going to handle what.
