Screw the moral clause. Company A could go out of business tomorrow , and Company B is now the big kid on the block. If the legal issues are cleared I would go with Company B.
I have ran out of room for watches, Im now going to collect cars...

Quit job with A and go with B. This is strictly business, you say you are covered and don't have a clause ? Go for it, Take risks.
