^ yes vinyl cutters and all of the materials can easily add up quickly. Also if you want custom stickers you would likely need to buy a printer/cutter. A cutter will only cut the vinyl material leaving you with single color unless you take the time to layer with other vinyls which can be a pain in the ass.
