The guards keeping tabs on people moving from their cage space to wherever don't carry visible weapons, but you know they're keeping a watch on you to ensure you don't try and break into another company's cage. Switch's security staff is all ex-military, and they don't try to hide it based on how they dress and comport themselves. The AR-15s/M-16s are kept in the control room and various other places in the facility, though..........
When I'm not here, I'm slinging IT infrastructure or gone golfing

I have seen and worked in facilities like this.
United airlines, HSBC, Discover, blue cross and blue shield, abbot labs, the fed of chicago, the chicago stock exchange, chase bank(current), few government places.
I also helped out with plans for a new data center with 80k+ fiber runs
As for my experience, I am an EE, CCNE, MCSE, NCR/IBM engineer, and working on my CEH. Oh, and Low Voltage union electrician too.JEEP: The dirtiest of the four-letter words
