AMEN. Can't understand people that wake up and complain about their life. Find your passion and pursue it.
If you have some extra free time, learn some coding basics. I really wish I would have taken the time to do that in high school. I'm in need of a site for my business right now and have to pay big bucks for someone to make it.

Learn HTML, Java, C#, and SQL languages. Find some tools you can learn, like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and MS SQL (or Gimp, Amaya, and MySQL, which are free). At this point, you would have most of the skills you would need to work in IT, including a software or web startup.

Truly blaze your own path. Don't think about what you "need to do" for business or school or college. When you work with your passion not only is it more fun but your enjoyment will bring you more success. So make sure your doing something for the right reasons.

Find what you love to do and find a way to monetize it. The sooner you understand and put into practice both steps, the faster you will start making money.

It's not enough to succeed.
Others must fail.
