If you could start a business...
If you could start a business with $10k or less, what would it be, and what would set it apart from your competition?
I would open a web design / marketing / advertising business where material costs are almost $0, and billing happens on a high volume reoccurring basis.
That's in fact what I did 6 years ago. Curious to know what would everyone else do... seriously...Johnny California

Wouldn't this thread be precisely similar to your other thread here. Would you spend 10K to make 20K in 30 days...

Yes, extremely similar. Weird.
Problems always get me thinking of solutions and whether there is a way to financially prosper in the process. I simply had the $10K price point stuck in my head today. I believe it is reasonably attainable by most, whether they have to earn it, borrow it, or sell a few things to come up with it.
I keep seeing specials on television about unemployment in lieu of the upcoming elections. So I was curious, if someone were unemployed or simply despised their career choice as the media so widely represents, what would said individual be interested in doing as a new career if it required them to become self sufficinet... where full responsibility came down to them and them alone.
If they had to scrape a couple bucks together and make a go at something they're passionate about, what would it be? And do they have the ability and or balls to start from scratch, or do they need an guideline and a push? (which leads into my other post) Think of this as the R&D to aforementioned post and product.Last edited by jcalifornia; 10-12-2011 at 04:37 AM.

To start my 10k business; I would join a forum full of affluent individuals, make a thread convincing them that I had a system that could crank out 20k a month with 60hr work weeks and then charge them 10k each for consulting on how to make that money back two times over. If you are wondering what I used that initial 10k start up money on, it was spent on pounds of drugs to convince myself that this idea would work.
It's not enough to succeed.
Others must fail.

I really dont know how you have gone unnoticed for 200 posts but you must be on an off night tonight. I suggest you stop and come back when things are a little more calm.
