I agree that its about trust and reputation, i work hard on my amazon store and having to give refunds and tell customers who are scammers to keep their product as well just to avoid malicious feedback, and i still have 100% feedback.

When it comes to list a product that will give me 300% PBT on a high value asset, I can price mine higher than the competition and due to my feedback I get the sale...

Its not just business though its life in general, friendships, relationships, sex, all revolves around trust.

This couldn't be a better point... I will pay MORE knowing a business associate's reputation is in good standing and that I will get the customer service I am looking for if things go wrong.
