Need help locating the manufacturer of wire bottle openers.
Not as easy as it sounds as I'm looking for a particular piece.
I want the triangle wire bottle opener, but not with a large handle like this one. I'm looking for just the part that goes over the cap in a triangle shape with the handle wire coming down in the center, not both sides.
Something like this but with only a single wire handle, not two.

What I'm going to do is make novelty bar items out of large caliber dummy cartridges (for firearms). I made some tap handles out of 50 BMG dummy rounds (just bullet and case, no powder or primer) that are selling well. They cost me $1.31 to make and I'm selling them for $15 each. I also make keychain charms from just the .50 caliber bullet and the keyring for $5 each and they cost me only 48 cents to make.
The next product I want to make is a .50 BMG bottle opener with a bullet seated in the casing and have this triangle piece of wire coming out of the bullet tip. That's why I'm looking for that triangle wire piece. I might be able to buy some wire myself and bend it where I need, but if I can find it already done that might be the way to go to get me started with those.
I'm going to make up a business card for the novelty bar stuff, but it's going to be metal and have a bottle opener cut into it with a note by it promoting a website I'm going to build. Figure a card that serves two functions, one to inform/promote and one to solve a problem, might be catchy. Every time they need a bottle opener they'll reach for my card and be reminded to head to the website and check out other things. Hopefully leading to more sales.
What do you guys think?

I think I know what you're talking about. Let me see what I can do.

Right now I'm only planning on making 20-25 to test the market and see if I can sell them. If things go well, I'll probably jump to 100 units per batch. Finish doesn't matter to me, but I think polished would be more eye appealing and bring a small premium over the regular finish. The bullet and casing will be hand polished (by me) so I think it would would be best to have a polished opener part too.
I'm a homebrewer and craft beer lover. I know of a few online homebrewing shops that might be interested in some of this stuff too. If they become a customer of mine for volume orders, it may grow to a few hundred a month. We'll see. Going to take it slow so I can manage it if it comes to that.
When my wife returns my camera to me, if she ever does, I'll post pics. I hope it's not in violation of the business promotion rule here though.
Thanks! That was one marketing idea I had for my business plan of opening up a microbrewery. Last few months I noticed a few fake credit card or VIP card copies that have a bottle opener, but nothing to the level of a business card bottle opener.Love the business card idea too!!
I should grab a pic of my stepfather's hat next time I see him. He has a prototype of a hat for my microbrewery. It's an embroidered hat that states "Let me get that for you" on the front and has one of those patented (by someone else) bottle openers on the bill of the cap. The rear of the cap by that little hole in the rear states the name of the brewery that I came up with.
