Default Online Personal training / Diet advice

Personal training sessions run about $50-100, nutritionists are enormously expensive and inconvenient.

Whats online advice from a professional worth to you, would you use it (or do you know someone that would), and what would you like to get out of it? By advice i mean tailored workout programs and feedback along as diet programs/feedback based on goals and ongoing performance.

Im looking at both monthly/weekly/daily feedback

I say for the most part of the online personal training is a waste of money...

If it's simple tips or something you need, feel
Free to pm, I'm certified, did bodybuilding and powerlifting on and off for ten years, and have multiple publications online

Won't charge you for simple feedback/advice, although you could pay if you wanted to lol.

I do exactly that with my clients I cannot see in the gym locally. I tailor their workouts/cardio for 2-3 weeks at a time and have a Dietitian make a specific meal plan to the clients needs and wants. It tells you what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. It also gives the calories and the grams of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates you need to maintain your current level and to get bigger, smaller, etc. I communicate with my clients very often and they have my phone number for quick questions and so on.

As far as pricing, it can really vary because of how every state is different with personal training. Oklahoma being one of the cheaper places which is good and bad for me. Also, depending how well known or not known the trainer is, his prices adjust accordngly, as well as his certifications, degrees, etc. With that being said, I wouldn't rush you to go find the cheapest guy you can find, nor when I advise getting the most expensive guy. Many people have a great deal of knowledge with all types of certifications, but can barely keep up with their own health and fitness.

I charge $75/month which includes your two workouts (sometimes more, depending on the goals set), cardio program and a meal plan made from a certified Dietitian (OU grad) to tie in everything together.

Idk if this is your motivation, but Fitocracy was/is thinking of starting an online personal training program. If you havent heard of it or joined, you should. If you need an invite code, PM me (This goes for anyone wanting to join Fitocracy, IDK if its still restricted)

Probably better to set up a digital product like diet solution, fatloss4idiots and creating a membership on the backend.
