My grandpa owns a Shell station here. Buys about $40,000 worth of gasoline every 3-4 days. Profits maybe $2000 off of it. Its pretty bad...

Friend of mine owns one, he says he makes virtually nothing from selling gas itself, all of his profits come from the stuff they sell inside of the gas station

Around my way I've noticed a couple gas stations (larger ones) have restaurants inside of them, such as a subway. That would seem a relatively easy way to add a few thousand in profit.?
