Default School me on business plans...

I'm about to take a big leap on my life and start a company with my buisness partner. We both have no clue as to how to put a business plan together?

Assuming a lot of you guys have your own business's, How did you take the first step into starting a plan?

    Jp.

Put as much down on paper as you can. Don't ever stop putting it down on paper. And be as thorough as you can! It WILL help you in the long run. Also, remember about your bottom line. You must budget accordingly.

Start with a page... an outline of what you want to do it, why (if you say money, you lost), business/market prospects... build from there
