Default How to find a proper web developer you can trust

    Hello,
I have two ideas that could be profitable but I would like to speak to someone about taking them further. They both require 1. software/a program 2. a website. 3. marketing/sales/travel/advertising (which I would handle 100% as thats my forte area). Looking for an even partnership - need someone to merely develop software & site then sit back while I sell it/establish accounts for residual income & make us profit.
I have plenty of friends & had someone in mind to help me develop, but they have fallen thru very early on (didnt even explain my ideas.)
My closest friends are just not computer-savvy!!!! I know a lot of you are, so instead of resorting to a local associate/phone book/etc whom I dont know, thinking maybe I could find a young responsible, hungry professional on here to help become my partner.

    Contact me to:
    1. suggest how to find the right individual online who I can share my intellectual property with
    2. if you yourself are a web developer and wish to hear the ideas. But I only plan on sharing this with a limited amount of serious people, not everyone who asks! Maybe some type of selection process is in order.
    Regards
