Thread: Logo Designers

Hey guys

Starting up a company/site and I'm in need of a logo. Thought I would come on here to see if anyone does any logo design or could recommend someone that does quality work.

Did a quick search before this post and found there's a lot of support for 99Designs and that is one of the sites in contention. I'd love to be able to work with someone here on L4P or at least a recommendation as that would give me a little peace of mind.

I've also looked at logo.com and did have previous work done from netmen corp. Netmen wasn't bad, but I wasn't totally satisfied only because I don't think they grasped the gist of what we were trying to accomplish.

Did you change your Nickname?!

Just finished working with Dan(ddigangi), and couldn't be happier with the results, and the overall process. I'd recommend shooting him a pm.

Yes and yes, im nyt.

i used 99designs.com and was VERY happy with what I got

From past experiences:

1. Go with Logo Design - $149 if you know exactly what you want.

2. Go with 99designs.com if you "kinda" know. I enjoyed seeing all of my submissions but also felt bad. Why? Because creating and designing a logo takes time. I saw a few that I liked but knew that only one would win. Those that lost received nothing

that was one of the reasons i didnt wanna do 99designs because only the winners get paid and i know a lot of people put time and effort into developing a logo.

it might be the path that we might head towards because we arent sure what we want...so we wanna get as many different interpretations as possible.

I can hook you up with my logo guy. You'd be looking at about $225, and a 2-3 week wait before he could start on your project, but he is the absolute best I've ever seen in 9+ years. He's well worth the extra couple of dollars. PM me if you're interested, and I'll put you in touch.
