Well since him and the original poster who licensed the business are keeping everything hush hush, we can only sit back and wiat until you hit the 100K. Are you willing to finally expose what industry you are in ?

Sent you a PM.

In other news - did training with my first employee today... he starts this Wednesday and fingers crossed it will be the first of many employees to expand our reach and profits.
I'll update in a few weeks with initial reports and feedback.

Had to fire my first employee and hire another... he was not giving my customers good service, promising things we can't guarantee, etc. Caused a lot of headaches and lost profit as he wasn't doing the legwork to generate the sales so we've had a bit of a lull in February as we regained traction. New employee is superb and I want to add a second (recommended personally by the person I have now) mid-march.
Growth and profits have been slower and smaller than I would like but when your expanding like this (and have setbacks) it all plays a roll. The trade off is i've free'd up 95% of the time commitment I was putting in before so the business for the most part is running fairly autonomously. Now i'm just striving to strike that happy medium of profitability without a massive time commitment and headache.

Wow. Sounds like a start up then. The first year is probably the hardest.
