Any Bowling Alley Owner here?
Just been running through some business ideas and want to get any idea from a owner what the general start up cost is for a nice bowling alley? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea on the start up costs, however some years ago (5-ish) I indirectly knew a brother and sister that owned a bowling alley / bar. Again, I have no idea on start up costs, but it seemed they did a pretty decent business between the bowling alley, and the bar.

Where I work at there are no bowling alleys they had the intention of putting up a 36 lane bowling alley but the money was from a NFL player and fell threw. So now there is any opportunity that do something nice and have it flourish. I think it would be a good investment but I would need to see the real world numbers before I get started.

Yep. You gotta go drinking with an owner or two and convince them to share their excel sheet!

I've tried to reach out to a few owners but you know how that is. I've searched on the web but most of that info is about is as good as a shit flavored lollipop. There is a local business called Rock N Bowl that has created an awesome niche for themselves but I have no contact info for the owner or manager?

Both of them did quite well......of course this was prior to economic downturn.
