I have a business in Spain. I am in the process of selling it as I am moving back to the USA. I have had an offer where I would keep a % of a new business formed around my current one. This is where I am at a loss. I dont want to be involved in this business as a Spanish citizen but would like to do so as a US or foreign business holding a % of this new business.

Is this the best way of doing it?
