Furthermore, there is very little turnover because I educate people on how to get paid for what they're already doing everyday anyway...so why would you ever stop? It's a no brainer. And I've never seen the money leave because it's residual...meaning it doesn't stop, so where would it go?

I never said I have employees, or a job. I'm speaking about FRANCHISING, so everyone is their own boss and EVERYONE GETS 100%, NOT JUST ME. Picture every McDonald's in the world being financially connected to each other, so instead of being in competition, they all work together. I'm nobody's boss except my own.

It's an abstract business concept when you've never seen it laid out in front of you so I don't expect anyone to understand without getting more information...it's just kindof sad to me that knowing so many people who have changed their lives taking this route, that everyone here immediately jumps on it in a negative way, but, such is life.
I'm going to be honest with you, you are in absolutely no position to lecture people here on how to "create wealth" or even run a business for that matter. Right now you're on a fast track to alienating yourself from the community, so get off your soap box and try listening to the people here who have a lot to offer instead of attacking them.

lol, right, I'd be better off getting a job working for someone else, in competition with everyone, busting my ass 50-60 hours a week, and never owning what I've worked hard for. Considering less than 30% of Americans make over $50k a year, that sounds like a great idea.

I don't remember attacking anyone, simply defending my position. I'll accept the fact that I'm clearly the only one here who has actually seen what I've seen, and can't expect understanding.

So, I'll take your advice and just stop here.

Just because your self-employed, doesn't mean you don't have a boss. Your customers are you boss...don't listen to them and you'll be out of business. Many entrepreneurs also work 50 or MORE hrs a week.

Working for someone else is not bad by any means. Some cannot be managers, I report to someone else work 40 hours AND still pull in enough to provide a solid and stable future. If everyone was a leader who would follow?
