    Default Cleaning Service Company

    Anyone own a cleaning service company? I started one a few months back, I had some clients. I put it on pause because I was to busy with getting my restaurant open, Now I'm slowly trying to work out the details on getting it up and running again. Any suggestions to getting it off the ground? Any information would be helpful.

    Top franchises seem to be commercial cleaning businesses.

    I say best of luck with it. If you can get into the right places it seems like an awesome business!

    My family used to run one, feel free to ask questions.

    Our service revolved around "One-Stop shop" we would change light bulbs, stock toilet paper, dish soap etc etc. We secured a few government contracts and numerous commercial businesses. It was a 4 employee operation with profits of a hair over 90k a year. The business was sold in order to pursue a different venture.

    Low Cost Franchises

    Maybe you can align yourself with a franchise if you think it'd be beneficial. Market research wise hitting some of these companies up for some info I'd assume could be valuable.

    Start small, get a couple of carpet cleaning machines/floor scrubbers and go around small offices. Offer them a weekly/monthly carpet care package or the whole nine yards.. i guess it really depends how much work you want to supply.
