14 months ago my wife and I quit our jobs "she was at hers for 9 years I was at mine for 7". We both made good money and loved the people we worked with but the hours were killing us. We were presented with a oppertunity to take over take over 3 existing business. We weighed out the pros and cons and we decided to go for it. In less than a month we leased out the house we own in LA, rented a place in Corona and kissed our old jobs good bye. We were lucky that we had a pretty good nest egg that we were able to use to make the deal go through. I didn't have to sell off to many toys. Things have been going great and there is nothing like being your own boss. I don't mind putting in the hours cause I know it's all to benifit me not someone else.

I don't mind at all. I was a Assistant Service manager for a Volvo dealer, and now i'm in the Dry Cleaning business. I knew nothing about DC going into it. Except when I was a customer I would bring them dirty clothes and get them back clean.

That is awesome. I love how you guys believed in the idea and went for it. It is an amazing feeling being the boss of a company. Good luck in your journey and I hope lots more success.
