    That's really cool man. Do you have to have some kind of permit or license to park a cart on the side of the road?

    Chicken Kabobs

    Lots of permit bullshit to go through. We are on the sidewalk actually, so right on city property = dealing with right of way permits, zoning, health & engineering. Then city council meetings up the ass. But i love it so it was worth it for me.
