    ... today is even more fvcked up.

    Thanks guys,

    usually I'm the last person so share this kinda stuff with anybody but some things just bang your head so badly you just need to get rid of that pressure.

    4 the past 2 weeks I stopped working on literally all client's requests and issues just to get THAT ONE DEAL done 100%. The "big day" of both parties signing the contract was supposed to be last saturday and finally it seemed like being set 4 about an hour ago.

    10 min. before I get a call "its all blown". [Btw; we're talking real estate here]. So the interested party was the one calling me up and telling me all was canceled by the proprietor. Instead of HIM calling me. I didnt work out in those 2 weeks, barely slept because of all the work + heat ran around to placed I never heared of 4 no proper reason but just offering a quality service.

    And in the end? What 4? As I'm sure you know, in this biz you only get paid after the contract has been signed.

    On the other hand, I'm sure many people have much worse problems and life goes on nontheless.

    Still though, I feel like raping those bitches right now.

    Tough to hear! you'll get 'em on the next one. I've been down that road before, and when you put as much of yourself into the deal as you did, the let down is tremendous (probably greater than the joy would have been if it closed)
