i was just reading about this on ATMdepot.com I think its a great idea but still an unclear about the refilling process. If I purchased a single unit (non business owner) filling the machine on a street corner in public view seems sketchy.
And yes location is everything but what sucks is most banks use the highest traffic areas for their own ATM machines. Not saying there are not other areas for ATM opportunity.

Off topic, I have NEVER paid an atm fee!! I think those fees are ridiculous!!
