green technology. Mark my words in 5 years when you look back.
Get ready for that bust right now. If I had the money I would buy stock in powerplant company and solar energy like Akeena and what not. I pretict his bust to hit in 6-7 yearsLast edited by LIGHTWEIGHT; 03-07-2010 at 11:12 PM.

Cell phone companies have to be the most profitable companies right now. Everyone has one and we all pay out the ass.

I would say watch hard assets. Assets that are tied to inflation. With the spending that is going on, and that will continue through this administration, we are going to see a lot of it.

It's a stretch to say "REAL ESTATE" as a whole has gone bust. I broker distressed commercial assets and defaulted bank notes; we've seen nothing of the upcoming COMMERCIAL real estate bust - a lot of paper comes due in 2010-2012 and properties are still underwater - I have clients with very large portfolios walking away from select properties when the balloon comes due.
