Jeffrey Gitomer is a sales coach and has a weekly ezine called Sales Caffeine. I typically post it when I receive on Tuesdays. I only share the ones I think are worth a read. Some other L4P members have subscribed so they receive the e-mails directly. Here's the last one I shared:
Gitomer: Where is the new customer? He's in the new world... are you?

Well since I guess we've got enough response to say there is interest lets work on the logistics of this. I'm not web savvy so I'll have to rely on the others here for some of the answers. I'll volunteer to moderate the first one just so we can put together a format. Everyone interested can PM me saying they are in and a topic they would like to suggest. I'll post the list of topics and we can vote for the top items. For the first one I'm thinking round robin format- maybe we will limit it to 10 or 15 participants- each comment on the topic in order (like going around the table) and try to time it that each participant gets at least 3 rounds per topic. If a topic falls flat we move on early to the next one early.
1) would you prefer 6 ten minute sessions or 4 fifteen minute sessions for an hour total?
2) Best platform for a chat room that would hold about 10 people that a moderator would be able to click someone off if things got heated (not expecting that with this crowd- just thinking out loud) Something live like Skype with video sounds cool- i'm just not sure how complicated that would be to setup for us non-techies. Simpler may be better to start out with[FONT="Book

Why don't we set-up an L4P mafia, and take over all businesses? All the sponsors are exempt from Guito and Vinny's monthly visit. As long as Al and Eds is a sponsor we promise not to "bust your tweeters"..

Hrm, I will look into the tech options if noone has any ideas. A purely text chat would be easy and there are many places to do that for free. I will need to look into what the options are for video though.
If you need any help with web design let me know!

Well, TokBox and TinyChat seem to be some other options we can try. I don't do much video chat so I'm not sure how those will compare to Skype, but we can give them a shot.
