    Default Starting App Company

So I have thought about building an app for a while. After reading that article on here last week, and then the book, I am going to do it. I've had a few app ideas I've jotted down in the past couple months so I took the time to thoroughly think them out and research them. I have one that is ready to go and based on the app market I think will do well. My plan isn't to try and build one app and it be "the one." I plan to build a company with multiple apps and constantly coming out with new ones. My question is, how would I structure the company. Would I want to go LLC or would sole proprietorship work? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

If thats all you need to know, go incorporated. Just talk to your lawyer and accountant and they will set it up.

Might be a good idea to see how well your first app goes before making the decision that you are going to constantly release new apps. And on that note, I'd create your first app before you sink a bunch of resources into your new company.
If you need any help with web design let me know!

if you don't program, i'd make sure you have an excellent relationship w/ a programmer and designer before going down this road. that article, while inspirational, certainly simplified your upcoming trials & tribulations.

Talk to a business counselor at s.c.o.r.e . It's free and maybe they can shed some light on what you'll need to make it happen.
