Most of my PM's come from people asking about how to make an app, where to start, how to learn code etc. Fortunately, Tim Ferris of 4-Hour work week fame wrote an incredibly detailed and amazing article about being an Appreneur and the process of getting involved with this industry as well as learning about what to do once you have the idea, the napkin sketch, and are ready to hire a developer.

Taking on aboard everything he mentioned in the article. Know what i want to do and at the moment i can see 1 rival in the market.

Thinking it'll take me about 3 months from start to polished.

This should be fun.
