Thread: 2009 BMW 528i Fair Price?

I'm looking at 09 528's and I found one locally that is listed at $23,000 with 71K miles. Very clean BMW financial services remarketing vehicle/Repo/I would assume. Is the milage too high? If not what would you counter?

Sounds like a decent price, but if you wouldn't mine going back a year, to 08', there's alot going for 23k or less with 50-55k miles
