so, what happened? still cant find any videos. did it work? wondering as Im pretty interested in doing a similar project but I want to know if Id have to swap the dash and if the ecu allows the car to run smoothly as the weight, brakes and almost everything is pretty different, so altough it doesnt show any error codes it may be a pita to drive which would affect the bmw feeling. for example the abs, I guess it will be kicking in when it doesnt have to or viceversa;same thing goes for the stability control and the other gizmos.

Yeah where is the update?? I've been dreaming about this swap for years. I'm sure you have all seen the trackculture.com non-m E46 S85 swap. Look it up on youtube if you havent, it is amazing, I'm sure this car will be just as ridiculous.
