Thread: First BMW F30 Race Car Wins in First Ever Race

How's this for kicking off the racing history for the F30 3 series sedan in grand fashion. South African based ADF Motorsport team successfully took a brand new F30 3 Series racing car [more info/photos] to its first-ever race victory, in its very first race! The victory came at the Killarney race circuit in Cape Town, South Africa, in a WesBank Super Series race which features Bridgestone Production Cars Class A race cars. Congrats to the ADF team!

These twin F30 335i race cars will also be competing in this year's 24 Hour Nurburgring race.

Stunnningly gorgeous car. I would love to own one for a track toy in 5yrs or so when they are reasonably priced.

BMW should make this car with softer suspension add carpeting and a 2nd seat and sell it for 100-125k so they have something to compete against the gt3 rs as an ultimate street/track car.

Great work by BMW, I'm a big bimmer fan, but the F30's haven't grown on me yet. Hopefully within time.
