    Having been several times over the past 30 years to Oshkosh I have a love-hate relationship with it. I love that it is ALL Aviation ALL the Time and that the Brautwurt is the best in the world along with a cold beer. I love camping in a tent next to my plane for a few days. I enjoy seeing friends from around the world that simply show up just like I do. I love seeing aviation of all types: the old, the new and verything in-between.

    I hate that there are so many people, so many lines, the weather can be brutal at times, and the certainty of some sort of accident or incident related to the event. And there is always the politics and controversy about something that dampens the mood at some point.

    I will do it again, but not any time soon. Once every 7 to 10 years is enough for me now.

    I went a lot when i was younger and lived in the area. It's been quite some time but i would love to get back and see if I have more of an appreciation now that I am older. I remember it always being pretty neat...
