Kai Tak Airport - It's Been 13 Years
July 6th, 2011 marked 13 years since this famous loved/hated airport closed it's doors and made Chep Lap Kok the airport which serves as Hong Kong's International Airport today. Here are some videos of some flights at the famous RWY 13.

Thanks for sharing! That sure is some crazy approach. In the Cathay Pacific 747 video, lol at 0:40, look at the tail symbol on the taxiing aircraft.

My brother and my parents were on the last Cathay flight out of there. They gave them and the other passengers a commemorative plaque.

Amazing airport and sorely missed. Just got back from Hong Kong a couple weeks ago.
