Yes I have and what is your definition of "cheap" in regards to flying privy?

I've never had the opp to fly private but I've heard that Marquis is overpriced. Price compare with their competitors before booking your G4! Haha. Robb Report has a bunch of ads for companies like MJ.

$130,000 base includes 25 hours on a Citation V Ultra... I'll stick with Southwest for now.

I used to fly a Cessna from St. Louis to U of I with my buddies who were in the aviation program at SLU.
SW>* (for the price)

Flying privy is never cheap, but sometimes it does make sense with time savings and ease as well as if you are flying with a lot of folks. Not sure the differences between say Marquis and Net Jets, but no matter what, chartering is way cheaper than owning!

^^ SW > * (for the price)?? Does this mean flying SouthWest is cheaper than purchasing a personal plane?..... Very true but not as fun.
Ack - A Bonanza would be a great pick too.

^^^ I have to disagree with this. I have a few friends that own private planes that could not afford to charter rides thru Marquis. With that said, they don't own Gulfstream jets or anything like that. Generally speaking owning and maintaining a small single-engine plane would be much less expensive than paying the Marquis premiums.
