Familiar with PTK as I'm in and out of there weekly. Hangered on the north or south side of the field?
Good luck with the sale. The 200's are great workhorses.

To elaborate on envythez06
To fly planes, all pilots have to pass occasional medical certifications from a doctor. If a doctor finds there is a high likelihood of a pilot having a medical emergency they will not issue a medical and the pilot is unable to fly by themselves. They can still fly, but they must have a certified pilot who has passed the medical at the controls at well. Its to ensure safety not only to the pilot, his passengers, but also to other planes and people on the ground.
There was a very unfortunate story about a month ago of a pilot who they believe had a medical emergency over the water when he was flying his plane. Small plane with unresponsive pilot crashes into Gulf of Mexico - CNN.com
Well GLWS, King Air's are great planes.------
