    I already have two tables, so the only thing that will be expenses are Route cards, and T-Shirts. I'm trying to get a sponsor for sticker packs. Operating expenses will be extremely minimal.

    I'm just using the same terminology as you were in order to make the conversation flow. Please see your quote above which was quoted in my response.

    Let me rephrase that same question then. Since all "profit" goes to the charity, what are the projected "operating expenses" so we a participant can know how much is going to the charity. I will then take the Gross Income minus the operating expenses and determine the profit margin.
