    Acute Performance started back in 2005 by Michael Hsu. He was sick and tired of aftermarket companies not providing the proper customer support and wanted to do something about it. So where does the name come from you might ask? Good question! He simply opened the dictionary and started from the letter a looking for words that stuck out to him. He made it all the way to words that began with "ac" and couldn't bear looking anymore and decided "acute" was it.


    Today, Acute Performance's mission statement is to provide excellent customer before anything else -- seriously. Don't believe him? Look around the Internet and all you will see are customers who have nothing but good things to say. So you must be asking yourself, excellent customer service but at what price -- another excellent question. While they don't always have the lowest price, their prices are always competitive and their customer service is always the best. Michael has realized customers are willing to pay a little extra for the service.
