Hi everyone, I am currently working on a school project at the University of Miami for my statistics and probability class and I would greatly appreciate your feedback by answering the following 10 questions.

1. On a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you consider yourself a car enthusiast?



2. What type of cars do you prefer? (i.e. Classics, Sports, Luxury, Exotic, etc.)



3. If you had a formal event to attend, would you rent a car or rent a limousine?



4. What is your dream car? How much would you be willing to pay to rent it for a day?



5. Are you currently part of any clubs, communities, or organizations? (i.e. golf community, marine associations, etc.) Would you join an automotive community if there were one that interested you?




6. Does the idea of cruising in a jaw-dropping classic or driving a super car through the bends of your favorite roads consume you?



7. Do you prefer leasing a brand new car or purchasing one? Why?




8. How often would you alternate between car/s if there were no limit?




9. How important is customer service and amenities to you?

Luxury

Neither (I guess car)

4. What is your dream car? How much would you be willing to pay to rent it for a day?

Maybe a F430 Scuderia or Gallardo Superleggera. Paying more than $500 to rent a car for a day seems hard to rationalize.

5. Are you currently part of any clubs, communities, or organizations? (i.e. golf community, marine associations, etc.) Would you join an automotive community if there were one that interested you?


Yes. Would consider SCCA or something similar if I raced more.

6. Does the idea of cruising in a jaw-dropping classic or driving a super car through the bends of your favorite roads consume you?

Interest, but not consume.

7. Do you prefer leasing a brand new car or purchasing one? Why?

Neither (buy used), but I would buy before lease.


8. How often would you alternate between car/s if there were no limit?

Depends how much I like the car. I have kept them from 1 year to 5 years.


9. How important is customer service and amenities to you?

Important, but there is a limit to the premium I will pay. Good service should be the standard, not an expensive option.


10. Do you have friends, family members or acquaintances that are interested/involved in cars?
Yes

In order or preference, supercars, muscle cars.

Rent a car.

4. What is your dream car? How much would you be willing to pay to rent it for a day?

LP670-4 SV Can't put a number on it but I guess 1000$ will suffice.

I don't have the cars in real life to be simply more than just a supporter or enthusiast.
I'd definitely join any around locally.

YES!

Purchasing.


8. How often would you alternate between car/s if there were no limit?

3-10 years. I can't really put a number on that either as I've never been in such a situation.


9. How important is customer service and amenities to you?


So and so, you usually pay for what you get and I can service just about anything I can afford.

Just my dad, he owned some muscle cars when he was young. Besides that, my Civic is the fanciest car around my family and most of them can't identify their own cars. My friends are car enthusiasts aswell, (well some of them).

Sport/ exotic

Limo; I hate parking and don't trust valets

4. What is your dream car? How much would you be willing to pay to rent it for a day?

Lamborghini Gallardo, I wouldn't pay more than $200. The money could be put into my exotic car fund and saved.

Does the American Advertising Federation count?
Does L4P count?

Consume? No.
But I would jump at the chance at the super car portion of this question.

7. Do you prefer leasing a brand new car or purchasing one? Why?

Well, I would buy used. But if i had to chose between the two; I would buy new, leases make me feel like I don't own the car and I always pay in cash.

I went through 8 cars last year and two motorcycles. Then again, I work for ModifiedCarTrader.com so I guess it just means im a good fit haha.

9. How important is customer service and amenities to you?

Pretty important. If you take care of a company by purchasing from them, they should have mutual respect and taking care of you.

10. Do you have friends, family members or acquaintances that are interested/involved in cars?

My Dad loved to modify cars and 90% of my friends are in the industry.

To many to list. Probably only a couple grand seeing I WILL own it/them someday.

10 I live in Metro Detroit.

1962 Ferrari California Special. 1000.00 a day

I belong to the Mustang Club I started with 2 others 15 years ago.I attend 90-100 car show/cruise nites ( inseason ) in my area.I belong to a couple of online communities.

My idea if driving a supercar thur UTAH would be great.

I prefer to buy,I customize a little and the mileage limits would kill me.

I would own about 7 cars 2 daily drivers and 5 for special occasions or nice weather


9. How important is customer service and amenities to you?
When you drop your hard earned money for anything , customer service should be number one.

Living in the Detroit area its hard to find someone who doesnt have an intrest in cars. So everyone I know is involved in cars.
