I feel like a car cover would end up scratching the paint more than leaving them "naked". The wind blowing the cover would scratch the paint as sand will find its way under the cover. He should just give the cars to me I have room in my garage

why would he need a garage if he doesnt seem to mind washing his car? Also with no snow and little rain what is the use of a garage.

We're talking about the aftermath of a dust storm...

You know that shit's getting into every nook and cranny on these cars. This is way worse than rain or snow...

the vehicles are protected from the sun by the cover its under. The last two may or maybe not be an issue to this owner.

and sand storms could also happen if you are out driving about and that would be worse then it just sitting off and being hit by a sand storm.
