    First, there is no poke. What you are looking at is not the wheel. It is a bolt on turbine piece for improved brake cooling without sacrificing aerodynamics with an open wheel design.

    Second, the tire is not stretched. It is flush with the bead of the wheel.

    Third, the wheel itself probably has little to no concavity.

    All that said, that wheel is an awesome piece of purpose built engineering. Aesthetic only terms like "stretch" and "poke" do not belong in the same thread as that car/wheel.
