The cost:
2-10k for donor 90-96 300zx (200-300hp stock)
$300 Spacers (add wider and better wheels to get it nice and flush)
$200 vinyl (for a cheap paint job)

Optional
- 1k coilovers (suspension) w install. This is to lower the car to an appealing and aerodynamic height

What to order from me:
5-8k widebody exterior kit w brackets, nuts, bolts, and cheap grill. (possibly higher in price depending on my end material cost)
Work to get it installed
Rear taillights refitted, front headlights repositioned with parts of the highbeams covered.
Side mirrors are disassembled and refitted.
Hood, front bumper and fenders replaced, rear bumper replaced. (these oem parts can be sold on ebay to get money back)

Optional:
- ~$800 rear bubble window hatch conversion (*reduces overall weight)

- ~$500? 2010 Mazda3 headlights with the interior re-angled to the cover, possibly and technically making them DOT illegal.

$1000 400hp parts 400 HP Twin Turbo Z Power Package
add $5500 for 700hp parts kit (all without installation) 700 HP Twin Turbo Z Power Package

So it might be possible to put together a whole car for as cheap as 10k
