I vouch for that! Being that I worked at a Local Dodge Dealer during college. We were one of the first to have SRT-4's.. we would take em out an rag em, wash em put em back on the lot... I was also 20yrs old... and dumb.... now i look back thinking that was wrong

I saw one of the "suspect" cars driving south on 294 friday am at about 7:35. it had a dealer plate, but no frame, and still had the 2xx paint number on the top left rear window.
