    Thanks for the replies guys. I bought a can today just to test it out on some other surface (NOT my car yet) and I'll see how that goes. I don't think I will actually go through with doing this because I just can't see me spraying my car but we will see...

    I bought a can of plasti dip myself a few weeks back and tested it...incredible stuff to say the least. I've been thinking about spraying my grill and badges black, and possibly the wheels but have heard iffy things about doing so in terms of the rubber coating holding up against debris and such.

    That white Audi does look good.......... I'm struggling to understand why you need 6 coats ? Surely one would be enough ?
