    Chechnya is a poor country. What seems not to bother its president Ramzan Kadyrov who’s got a quantity of super cars.

    All those Ms and Cayenne would belong to the government. The 430, Reventon, Royce, etc... that's bananas! Does he come from oil money? Or is it all sketchy dollars?
