I don’t think the average Joe understands what goes into this part - programing, fixturing, tool setup etc.

If you don’t mind, can you give us some other spec's on the part itself. I think this would really intrigue some individuals. What is material (I am assuming 6061) How many setups (looks like 2), how many tools are used, etc. What does it weigh before and after machining.

both monoblock 1piece concave's are done in 20x12, the weight of the wheels is always based on its application. Here we have them in 20x12 for a 997 Turbo and you are looking at an est. of 26 to 27lbs per wheel in that width

additional race preps are available on all 1piece and 3piece wheels to save an add. 1,5 to 2,5lbs per wheel. based on vehicle and application.
