it probably is a wrap, and he doesn't know the difference. If i'm not mistaken, to "paint" the car chrome, the body panels need to be put through an electroplating process, which is incredibly expensive.
From wiki:

"degreasing to remove heavy soiling;
manual cleaning to remove all residual traces of dirt and surface impurities;
various pretreatments depending on the substrate;
placement into the chrome plating vat, where it is allowed to warm to solution temperature; and
application of plating current, under which the component is left for the required time to attain thickness."

I think it looks good and the futuristic feel fits the car.

Lol. It's a Fiskar Karma. Not something nice to begin with. It's a rich person's electric pay toy, that isn't worth it and exactly the same as all other electric cars. Get over it.

Spectra Chrome specializes in chrome paint finishes. This is the same company West Coast Customs used to do their Tron themed R8. WCC also did Beiber's CTS-V so maybe this how he got it "painted".
Either way his car his money, but not my taste for that car.

I don't really like the car. Didn't his agent give him that car because he didn't want him to have something super flashy?? I think the chrome defeats that purpose!

I'm guessing that all the people (adults and children alike) that benefit from all the charitable things he does would care. As a matter of fact...while I am not a huge fan of his music...at least he can complete a full sentence and speaks English...unlike Lil Wayne and Birdman who claim to also be musicians.

Giving this kid a Karma was probably the best advertising decision that Fisker has ever made. That being said, the car is generally ugly in stock form (IMHO) and the paint job actually fits due to its odd lines and design.

As for Justin ; he is one of the few "stars" that I respect as a person because of the amount of good he does and rational decisions he makes. If only Lindsay Lohan took notes, she wouldn't look like a meth addict/ washed up stripper and still be fapable.
