I'd probably go with the Audi or the AMG. Aston would be choice too, but they're slugs.

My future plans are to replace the GTR with a UGR SL, but I'm not where I want to do that yet, so the Gallardo would have to be a Superleggera, and I don't want to spend $150k, trying to keep it in cash. I totally agree otherwise!
WOAH Don't forget the Corvette has the same steering wheel as a chevy cobalt!

2 door DAILY DRIVER that's still fun to drive...M6 MT. Fast enough; fun enough; but WAAAYYY more comfortable/livable for a DAILY than some of the more exotic options mentioned thus far.

I would also go with a Z06 or ZR1...but I can't argue with your points about the cheap feel to them.

Ya I think the M6, Maserati GT , or Bentley GT (In that order) are the best DD's under 100k

I think the price will be over 100k, but I'd say the F10 M5 is the ULTIMATE daily.

EDIT: Just read you need 2 doors...well then I say 997TT, GTR, or Audi R8

I actually would. In fact that is probably one of the only cars I would consider under 100k as a true, excellent daily driver. I would opt for the RS5 though in the 2013 model year. I can't think of anything better, ultimate comfort, luxury, IMO one of the best looking cars on the road, comfortable ride, plenty of power/torque, mod-able, set of ADV1s and you're set. Plus have plenty of trunk space to take things with you and even passengers whether you so choose to. With an MSRP of around $75,000 it's pretty damn close to the 100k mark

What is not "ultimate" about this?

^ such a sexy car. LOVE the RS5's even if they are a little underpowered.

Get the R8 V8 and if its not powerful enough for you, you can always twin turbo it....
