    What was the client's reasoning/thinking/desire behind that paint job?

    I ask that in all seriousness, not in a "WTF were they thinking?" kind of way.

    Obviously I am as dumbfounded as the next man as to why someone would do it, but I am interested to know their reasoning if you are able to tell.

    people like what they like i guess. (I don't work for RDB LA but if i were to guess i imagine their thinking is) as long as the customer is happy with it, it doesn't really matter what any of us on here think.
