    Default S4 or S5 coupe?

I can't decide whether to go for an S4 with the 7-speed DCT or the S5 with the 6-speed tiptronic... let me know what you guys think. Also I was thinking white exterior with black interior and carbon fiber, and maybe some black HRE rims. If anyone has a good idea for an exhaust system let me know, otherwise I was just thinking about AWE.

Do you need a 4 door? Work? Kids? If not, go with the S5. My company wanted me to have a 4-door but when I thought about how often I really have that many people in my car and it's not like there isn't a back seat when really needed, I stuck with a coupe.
Don't argue with idiots...they will just bring you down to their level then beat you with experience!

i dont really need a 4 door, plus the trunk space is about the same on both and the rear seats fold down..

If your going for the 2012's - the current S4 comes with a 3.0T which is a much more fun motor than the 4.2L that comes in the S5's.

The transmission is much better too. Especially if you were considering doing a few mods, you will have MUCH more fun with the Supercharged 3.0T in the S4.

Since your in La Jolla, Come on up and test drive one of our shop S4's and see what you think of a modded S4. You will fall in love, I guarantee it

I have been thinking about these 2 cars as well, I used to have an S4 with the 4.2 V8, was wondering what makes the 3.0T much more fun?

it is a very torquey motor, and the shifts are pretty quick... feels relatively light in weight as well
