Default AWE's Audi S5 Touring Exhaust.... AMAZING

    Hey all,

I dont know if you have heard yet but AWE Released their "Touring Edition Exhaust" for the V8 S5. Sophisticated performance is what the S5 4.2L Touring Edition Exhaust is all about. Some might say it’s the more civilized member of the S5 family. And in addition to the central muffler from the lauded Track Exhaust, The AWE Tuning Touring Edition features an x-pipe for enhanced exhaust tone and specially designed Helmholtz Resonators to produce a sound that “goes perfectly” with the striking S5.

PM me for special L4P pricing and availability

Too quiet, doesn't sound much louder than stock.

Another overpriced, under-performing product from AWE.

Don't get me wrong, their B5 S4 kits produce great numbers. But their exhausts, meh.

I mean, here is the Dyno Sheet... i think 9hp to the wheels 13 ft/lbs torque isnt too bad on a N/A V8...

I promise you anything aftermarket on the S5 is a lot louder than stock. A friend of mine has the AWE "prototype" exhaust on his S5 and it sounds unreal in person. You can't judge sound and how loud it is from a youtube video no matter how loud you turn your speakers up.
